Stormageddon Arriveth
Evelyn Isabelle Sweeny was born on 31 May 2015 at the very easy to remember 2:22PM. She weighed 6lb, 15oz and was 19.5 inches long.
We’re home from the hospital today and apart from the usual lack of sleep we couldn’t be happier.
Like her parents, she does not like being photographed.
Stormageddon Approacheth
Emily and I are very excited to announce that we are expecting our first child in May of 2015!
Until we know more our code name for the kid is Stormageddon, Dark Lord (or Lady) of All:
Ubuntu 14.10 Released!
I’m at a sprint in Washington, DC with my fellow Canonicalers gearing up for the commercial release of our phone OS (more on that later) but that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about the desktop and cloud.
Yesterday was another Ubuntu release day! We released Ubuntu 14.10, codenamed the Utopic Unicorn. Look for lots of subtle improvements to the desktop as we prepare some big things to come soon.
